Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

Arrive at Marrakech Menara Airport, where you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel or riad. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore the vibrant medina, wander through the souks, and admire the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square filled with storytellers, musicians, and food stalls. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and briefing about the biking adventure ahead. Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 2: Marrakech – Tizi n’Tichka – Telouet – Ait Ben Haddou

After breakfast, transfer to the High Atlas Mountains and start your first ride from the scenic Tizi n’Tichka pass. Cycle along quiet mountain roads through Berber villages and valleys, stopping to visit the old Glaoui Kasbah in Telouet. Continue riding toward the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, famous for its kasbahs and film sets. Overnight in a traditional kasbah guesthouse.

Day 3: Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Skoura Oasis – Roses Valley

Begin the day with a ride through Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Morocco,” then continue pedaling toward the palm groves of Skoura. Enjoy cycling through the oasis with its lush fields, kasbah ruins, and traditional irrigation systems. The trail leads you into the stunning Valley of Roses, known for its fragrant rosewater distilleries. Overnight in a charming guesthouse in the valley.

Day 4: Roses Valley – Dades Gorge – Todra Gorge

Today’s route takes you deeper into the High Atlas foothills. Ride along winding roads and climb gradually toward the dramatic landscapes of Dades Gorge, with its red rock formations and spectacular scenery. Continue on to Todra Gorge, where towering cliffs rise dramatically above a crystal-clear river. Overnight in a hotel near the gorge.

Day 5: Todra Gorge – Jebel Saghro – Nkob

Cycle across the rugged landscapes of Jebel Saghro, a region of volcanic peaks, barren plateaus, and hidden valleys. The terrain is challenging but rewarding, with stunning panoramic views. Arrive in Nkob, a picturesque village surrounded by palm groves and more than 40 mud-brick kasbahs. Overnight in a traditional guesthouse.

Day 6: Nkob – Draa Valley – Zagora – Sahara Desert Camp

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic ride through the lush Draa Valley, Morocco’s longest palm valley. Cycle past ancient ksour and kasbahs until reaching Zagora, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. From here, transfer by 4x4 or camel ride to your desert camp at the edge of the dunes. Spend the night under a starlit sky, enjoying Berber music by the campfire. Overnight in a luxury desert camp.

Day 7: Sahara – Marrakech (Departure)

Wake up early to witness the magical sunrise over the dunes before breakfast. Transfer back toward Marrakech via the Anti-Atlas and High Atlas Mountains. Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon where your cycling adventure comes to an end. Depending on your flight schedule, transfer to the airport or extend your stay in the city.
